We are looking for an experienced Chief Architect to lead the technical vision and strategies of our company. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in designing complex systems, managing technical teams, and implementing best architectural practices. This role requires hands-on involvement, deep technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.
As the Chief Architect for SaaS Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our architectural landscape and driving innovation.
Tasks in the role
- Creating a comprehensive architectural strategy for the development of our SaaS platform, aligning with the company's business goals and technological aspirations.
- Establishing robust processes for architecture development and architectural control within product teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Crafting a transformative roadmap that guides the evolution of our trading platform into a highly efficient and feature-rich SaaS solution.
- Providing architectural resources and expertise to business units across the holding, fostering collaboration and sharing of architectural knowledge.
- Defining and upholding development principles, standards, and rules throughout the organization, ensuring uniformity and quality in all technical initiatives.
- Managing technical debt and advocating for its reduction, enabling the team to maintain a healthy and sustainable codebase.
- Overseeing the successful implementation of key technical projects across the company, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with architectural goals.
- Research new technologies, methodologies, and tools, ensuring that the company remains competitive and state-of-the-art.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and design specifications.
Requirements
We are seeking a visionary architect with a strong track record in SaaS development and architectural leadership.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in [specific technologies/platforms, e.g., cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.), microservices architecture, etc.] is essential.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices, with a proven ability to apply them in complex projects.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving architectural initiatives that result in scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

- Experience in fintech.
- Proven track record of effectively guiding substantial digital transformations on a large scale.
