Contra is looking for a Brand Designer to develop and execute creative visual solutions that represent and enhance our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to translate brand values into impactful visuals across various mediums. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding. As a brand designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our networking platform, giving our users the freedom and opportunity to work independently.
What you’ll deliver:
- Design and develop brand assets, including logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides.
- Create visually compelling content for web, social media, print, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring that all internal and external materials adhere to Contra's brand standards.
- Conceptualize and execute design projects such as packaging, product visuals, presentations, and event materials.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to create on-brand visuals that align with campaigns and objectives.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and fresh.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
