About the Role
Smiler is looking for a sharp, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive Activation and Engagement Specialist to join our Operations & Expansion team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, onboarding, and fostering strong relationships with photographers across various cities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our photographers are well-engaged, delivering high-quality services, and fully integrated into our growing community.
What You’ll Do

Identify and source potential photographers using a variety of sourcing methods to create a robust and diverse network of professional photographers.

Coordinate, manage, and execute the onboarding process for new photographers, ensuring they understand and adhere to Smiler's quality standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to improve photographer engagement and satisfaction, fostering a strong sense of community.

Organize and develop training to educate photographers.

Regularly evaluate and monitor photographer-related KPIs, providing guidance, support, and feedback as necessary.

Work closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless photographer collaboration and service delivery.

Facilitate regular training and development opportunities to enhance photographer skills and expertise.

Assist in managing photographer retention strategies, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive solutions.
What You’ll Need

A solid understanding of photography. A Bachelor's education in the related field is a plus.

2+ years of relevant experience in a high-paced, demanding work environment, preferably in an onboarding, engagement, community or sales management role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Proficient in relevant digital tools and platforms.
