General Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional finance experience
- Strong analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A get-it-done, flexible attitude with a willingness to pivot quickly and frequently
- Demonstrated professional or tinkerer level interest in crypto
- Intrinsically motivated to learn about crypto/web3
- Intellectually curious
- Interest in frontier technologies
