Our flagship product, WPML (WordPress Multilingual), is used on over a million WordPress websites and is trusted by more than 250,000 clients worldwide. We’re constantly pushing the boundaries of translation technologies and working on new projects.
The Role
- Design and develop solutions to enhance compatibility between multilingual WordPress sites, plugins, and themes.
- Handle everything from spec, through software architecture, implementation and automated-tests.
- Improve and maintain existing plugins to deliver a superior user experience.
Requirements
- Expert experience with PHP and JavaScript (including React).
- Proficiency in writing automated tests (unit or e2e).
- Comfortable with package management (Composer/NPM) and Git.
- A strong foundation in Computer Science, including design patterns, databases, and networking.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks, such as React.
Nice to Have Experience
- Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a big plus.
- CI configuration/management.
- Software architecture design.
- Functional programming.
