About the role
We are looking for Senior Manual Quality Assurance engineers to test our Voice AI products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases for our Voice AI products.
Perform detailed exploratory, functional, and regression testing to uncover potential issues before release.
Work closely with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Identify, document, and manage defects effectively, ensuring clear communication and resolution within the team.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product quality, usability, and testing efficiency.
Continuously refine QA processes to adapt to agile development workflows.
Who you are:
Extensive experience in manual QA testing, with a proven ability to ensure high-quality software products.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and QA methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and a knack for identifying edge cases and potential issues.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong documentation skills for test cases, results, and defect tracking.
Familiarity with AI or SaaS products is a plus but not required.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Basic knowledge of databases (RDBMS or NoSQL) for data validation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices is advantageous.
